Responsibilities

• Support business tasks from idea to release and ongoing maintenance.
• Design solution architectures and system components, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Develop and maintain microservices using Spring Boot within a microservice architecture.
• Participate in code quality standards development and maintenance.
• Inspect, adapt, and improve team processes in collaboration with peers.
• Contribute ideas for improving product efficiency and technical solutions.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of hands-on experience with Java 8+.
• Strong experience with Kafka and Redis.
• Proven experience working on architectural tasks.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and ability to solve typical distributed system problems.
• Experience identifying, evaluating, and implementing the most relevant technical solutions.
• Prior work in a product team environment.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in FinTech projects.
• Familiarity with high-load systems and performance optimization.
• Contributions to Java communities or open-source projects.
