Main Responsibilities:
• Assist HR team with hiring and termination procedures, which includes preparation of orders, contracts, set-up/termination in internal and external systems
• To fill in the sick leave certificates and pass it to accounting department;
• Receiving Labor books from fond of employment;
• Filling labor books and keep it updated;
• Assist HR team with recruiting process, including CV database update and control, arrangement of exams and appointment of interviews
• Assist HR team with professional development of employees, working with SABA system – assign employees to training, keep the Learning history updated, creating offering, support in arrangement of external trainings and ACCA qualification exams (books purchase, exams registration, reminders)
• Keep track of vacation balances for each employee
• Performs other HR and admin duties as requested by the HR/Office Manager
Requirements:
• University degree in Business, human resources or related field;
• +2 years of experience in HR or admin field;
• Good knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian, both written and verbal
• Excellent ability to effectively communicate in both a verbal and written manner;
• Disciplined and able to maintain confidentiality;
• Good working knowledge of office procedures and office management;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including MS Excel skills;
