Acquiring Specialist
PASHA Bank” OJSC is seeking an Acquiring Specialist for its Corporate İnstitutional Banking Department/Transactional Banking.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Product management and development of Acquiring products and corporate card products;
• Increasing the sales from acquiring products (POS terminals, ATM, AEM (automatic exchange machines), Ecommerce and Corporate cards;
• Support and lead the analysis the profitability of products, optimization of costs, stabilizing the turnover from acquiring products;
• Proactively and fast solutions of problems regarding acquiring products, coordination with necessary units within Bank, ability to convert of customers problems into opportunities and features;
• Continuously analysis of local and international market for development of acquiring products;
• Support in coordination the providence of necessary hardware and software capabilities to meet fast and seamless acquiring products and card operations functionality;
• Marketing research, preparation of necessary marketing communication and deliverables in order to increase the awareness and products, preparation of product presentations, coordination with Quality and Corporate Communications functions of PASHA Bank.
• Involvement and preparation of Technical request forms to Bank Systems Development function of PASHA Bank and testing the products;
REQUIREMENTS
• University Diploma on Marketing, Business Development, Finance, Banking (one of them)
• Knowledge about the Card System and processing centers;
• Knowledge about POS terminals, ATMs and AEMs;
• Acquantanence with Vendors of Acquiring Devices;
• Fluency in English, Russian and Azerbaijani;
• A year experience as an Acquiring and Card products specialist
