CONTRACTOR’S PERSONNEL assigned to support COMPANY’S Planning SERVICES:
Tasks and responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:
o Develop project plans at required level of detail
o Resource load and level project schedules for team and other resources as required
o Maintain necessary interfaces with contractors and other functions to ensure alignment all involved parties through properly updated project schedules
o Ensure contractor planners provide quality integrated plans
o Track schedule performance KPIs in line with agreed methodology
o Monitor, review, and analyze any schedule deviations, and assist with development of recovery plans
o Perform schedule risk analysis
o Build cost data into schedules to develop project S-curves and cash flow diagrams
o Update required KPI dashboards for planning / scheduling data
CONTRACTOR’s Personnel qualification:
o University degree in Engineering with specialization in Projects Planning and Performance related training.
o Level Experience (0-2 years)
o Level Experience (2-4 years)
o Relevant and similar capacity in project planning, estimating and performance reporting in Offshore Oil & Gas Projects
o Technically strong in project planning, scheduling and reporting
o Skilful Application knowledge of Primavera6 Scheduling Software and SAP software is highly advantageous
