Description
- Achieve business goals by designing, building and maintaining best business solutions according to industry standards;
- Advise on technical solutions, standard integration methodologies and alignment of business and technology;
- Build the digital banking vision, goals, standards, structure, behavior patterns and models;
- Check conformance of tasks to the Digital Strategy, standards and architectural decisions;
- Supervise designers and developers in terms of technology and design decisions;
- Monitor and evaluate disruptive technologies;
- Develop strategic roadmap for digital platforms;
- Create business cases for digital propositions;
- Establish an innovation framework that allows to test new ideas;
- Develop and implement organizational policies for the Digital Unit.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis or a related field;
- Banking Industry knowledge;
- Expert knowledge in the digital banking (including social media, omni-channel communication and collaboration, web and mobile technologies);
- Advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of architecture, application design, systems engineering and integration;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
- Management and leadership skills;
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
- Expertise in SDLC methodologies;
- Project management skills.
