Objectives of the position

Responsible for the implementation of processes, documents and procedures required the efficient realisation of the strategic initiatives.


• Control and monitor implementation of Strategic Initiatives
• Maintain and monitoring of  Project plan, schedules and budgets.
• Facilitate initiative implementation team in solving organizational issues, and achieving Project objectives.
• Implementation of standard Project Management tools.
• Challenge initiative, program owners and delivery managers and implementation teams on achieved progress
• Preparation of Project implementaton presentations and reports
• To build constructive communication with Management and related departments.

Required skills, capabilities and experience

• Education: High education on Finance, Economics (Bachelor’s degree)
• Experience: 3 years in Banking Products and Lending
• Market knowledge: - Sales processes and Banking knowledge; Knowledge of Regional Banking/Micro Finance is advantage
• Other requirements: Busines processes and strong communication skills (written and non-written).
