Job Description

• Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;
• maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records;
• developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;
• advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;
• working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
• liaising with a range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety;
• developing HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements;
• planning and sometimes delivering training - including inductions for new staff;
• analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers;
• Conduct research and assist with various projects as required.

What is needed to join KPMG:

• University degree in Business Administration
• Organisational skills and the ability to understand detailed info
• Over 5years’ experience preferably in professional services
• Strong effective communicator
• Demonstrates proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability Business communication skills;
• Experience in the field of research;

• Excellent knowledge of PC (user level)
• Fluent Azerbaijani, Russian and English
