Kapital Bank empowers students with Emotional Intelligence and Career Guidance trainings | Banco.az

These rooms provide students with access to contemporary learning resources and regular training sessions conducted by the bank's experienced professionals.

Recently, another training session was held at Azerbaijan State Economic University (UNEC), jointly organized by the university's Career Center and Kapital Bank. The interactive training and workshop focused on “Emotional Intelligence” and “Path to Career.” Nergiz Azizova, Head of Talent Acquisition at Kapital Bank, and Narmin Ahmadova, expert at the Employee Engagement and Motivation Department, shared their experiences with the students.

The training covered topics such as effective career planning, the job application process, interview techniques, emotional management, and how to channel emotions positively. The trainers also conducted interactive workshops and team-building exercises.

As part of the “Alumni in the Auditorium” project, Nargiz Azizova, a graduate of Azerbaijan State Economic University, shared her career journey with the students and answered their questions.

At the end of the event, active participants were awarded gifts and certificates.
