Receptionist

The main responsibilities for the position are:

• Properly answer telephone calls 
• Work with incoming and outgoing fax
• Deal with courier companies 
• Provide assistance with office mailing and courier deliveries 
• Co-ordinate office transportation with office driver and taxi company 
• Perform other administrative or office duties or projects as required or as assigned by Office Manager or any other Manager

Requirements:

• Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian. Writing and spoken (upper intermediate level) 
• Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel 
• Good communication and presentation skills
• 1-2 years of experience in secretarial field
