“PASHA Bank” OJSC is  seeking  a  Loan Origination and Structuring Analyst for Loan Origination and Structuring division of Corporate and Institutional Banking Department.

We have investment banking, trade finance, basic financial services, including asset management, as well as offer a comprehensive set of services for small and medium enterprises. The Bank's main areas of non-oil sector of the economy - agribusiness, transportation, construction, trade and other areas of the economy that contribute to the diversity of services.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 • Structuring of credit deals activities making use of available Bank products and ensuring their suitability to clients’ needs and compliance with respective Bank’s policies and procedures
• Preparation of initial  financial and non-financial analysis of client position needed for structuring of the deal
• Execution of financial modelling for clients position assessment
• Proposing the limits to Credit Risk Underwriting and for further Committee approval
• Correct and timely filling in all necessary documentation specified by SLA for the deal based on analysis conducted
• Entering into communications with authorized representatives of the client through/with presence of the respective relationship manager from Corporate Sales Department  during the process of deal structuring
• Requesting information from the client necessary for initial analysis and risk assessment, coordinate delivery of respective information to Credit Risk Underwriting Department and coordinate additional request for client’s information if necessary

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimal level of relevant experience: 3 years

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree (Economics, Math, BA, Finance)
• CFA, CMA, CIMA, ACCA are a plus

SKILLS

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English, Russian
• Knowledge of Moody’s Risk Analyst and Banking operating software
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in an organized manner
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively across the business and with external clients
• Demonstrated ability to build business relationships (internally and with clients)
• Accounting/Banking/Finance/Consultancy industry experience is a plus 
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Business acumen
• Risk management
