KPİ Specialist / Lead Specialist

Kapital Bank invites candidates to become a member of the professional team by applying for the position of KPİ Specialist / Lead Specialist in financial budgeting team.

Liabilities

• Development of KPIs and metrics;
• Distribution of Bank’s strategic goals as performance indicators to structural units;
• Ensuring control over strategic goals set by the Bank, conducting analysis related to these goals;
• Conducting continuous analysis, defining and measuring targets related to Performance Management in various Structural Units of Bank.

Requirements

• Higher education;
• At least 2 years of work experience in the field;
• Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, intermediate level of English and Russian;
• Computer skills: excellent MS Office knowledge;
• High analytical ability;
• Organizational and leadership skills;
• Responsibility, efficiency and decision-making ability;
• Other knowledge and qualities accepted in international practice (CFA is prefered).
