IT Finance Business Analyst

Knowledge and Skills:

• 2+ years of related experience in a Business Analyst role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Software Engineering, Finance or Industry Engineering, Computer Engineering or other related field.
• Highly detail-oriented, Financial Business Analysts possess strong analytical abilities and a quantitative background. In addition to these skills, they must also be great communicators in order to work with, educate, and advice other teams. With the ultimate goal of increasing productivity for the entire company, Financial Business Analysts are phenomenal leaders and highly motivated.
• Ability to change priorities quickly and capacity to handle multiple tasks are often required of this position.
• Having business analysis experience & data analysis, and Business Intelligence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Financial Business Analysts must conduct complex financial analysis to determine present and future performance. Documenting all data and findings thoroughly, the Financial Business Analyst presents findings to appropriate management personnel. Financial forecasting is a crucial part of this process, and is used to aid in budget creation.
• Utilize IT data for business insights and determine technical solutions for any and all organizational needs
• Learn and maintain a deep understanding of product functionality from both user and system perspective.
• Work closely with Business Solutions Team Members to complete project related tasks as needed.
• Defines the detailed work flow for software with stakeholders,
• Listing technical requirements (system architecture, data structure, business rules, screen designs, use case, test scenario etc.) in appropriate document formats,
• Preparing Business Requirement Document in the standard format with a lean & clear language.
