PASHA Insurance is currently seeking for Head of IT Transformation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT transformation strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement new technology solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the company's existing technology infrastructure.
• Implement best practices for project management, change management, and risk management to ensure successful execution of the IT transformation initiative.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for the company to gain a competitive advantage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners, including technology vendors, consultants, and industry associations.
• Communicate regularly with senior executives and other stakeholders to provide updates on the progress of the IT transformation initiative.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy to attract, develop, and retain top technology talent.
• Develop and manage a budget for the IT transformation initiative and ensure that all projects are delivered within budget.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the company's technology organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 15 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a track record of successfully driving large-scale change initiatives.
• Deep technical expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience in the insurance industry is strongly preferred, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex transformation initiatives.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to technology in the insurance industry.
• A strong commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and staying on the cutting edge of technology trends and best practices.
