Job title: Financial Control & Analysis (FC&A) department/Business planning and budget control division

Position: Business planning and budget control specialist 

Responsibilities: 

• Compile and submit monthly actual/plan reports to the Head office (VTB Bank Russia);
• Participate in Bank’s yearly business plan procedure;
• Participate in Bank’s yearly budget procedure;
• Compile and submit forecasted BS and PL on a monthly basis;
• Complete thorough budget analysis and identify underutilized budgetary reserves;
• Participate in internal cost control procedure; 
• Compile quarterly and annual presentations on the bank performance to the Supervisory Board;
• Compile and submit data for overhead allocation procedure based on the ABC costing system. 

Requirements:

• More than 2 years experience in relevant position (Bank sector);
• University degree in Finance or Accounting;
• ACCA qualification (knowledge module) is preferred;
• Computer literacy (MS Office advanced level);
• Strong analytical skills;
• Detail oriented and ability to multi-task;
• Fluent in Russian and Azeri; English is preferred.
