OJSC International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) is seeking BPM Developer for Information Technology Department.

Responsibilities:

• Coding and creating the visual front-end elements of a software, application or website, and computing components/features that are directly viewable and accessible by the end user or client
• Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design
• Building reusable code for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimizing of pages for maximum speed and scalability
• Determining the structure and design of pages, and ensuring user experience determines design choices
• Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write the pages

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency level of SQL, IBM BPM
• Proficiency level of programming languages (HTML, CSS, Java Script, PHP)
• Proficiency level of understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
• Excellent knowledge of main principles of Bank systems

Required experience and other skills

• 3+ years of experience in the related field
• Simplified Technical English (to be able to understand technical documentation in English if needed)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, and experience as a Developer in a cross-functional agile team (preferable)
• Good team player
