“PASHA Bank” OJSC is  seeking  an  Application and database Security Specialist (Analyst) for  Information Security Department.

The Bank's main areas of non-oil sector of the economy - agribusiness, transportation, construction, trade and other areas of the economy that contribute to the diversity of services.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inventory of authorized and unauthorized software
• Define, implement and maintain security policies and procedures
• Process queries related to database and applications security
• Maintain access control to application and database based on access policy framework and access control mechanisms
• Understanding and management of legal and regulatory requirements on information security
• Information systems register (with classification, criticality and business value)
• Gather and analyse threat and vulnerability information from different sources
• Identification and documentation of internal and external threats and risks
• Conduct organization-wide trainings in security awareness and procedures
• Participation in protections against data leaks
• Management of response plans – Incident, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity
• Analysis of detected events and its impact
• Controlling configuration change control process

AGE

• 22 and above

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimal level of experience: 3 years as IT business analyst

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree 
• Education directions: Computer Science; Informatics; Applied Mathematics
• Security certification is an advantage

SKILLS

• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English, Russian
• Experience in working closely with IT infrastructure operations team
• Cyber Security oriented skills 
• Team player, good time management and analytical skills 
• Organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously with attention to processes
