Access2Success Expands to the Regions — AccessBank Supports Women Entrepreneurs in Zagatala | Banco.az

Consistently supporting the development of women’s entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan, AccessBank has successfully held the first regional edition of its Access2Success initiative in Zagatala, with the participation of 15 local women entrepreneurs.

The Access2Success project aims to enhance women’s business skills, strengthen their economic independence, and contribute to the formation of strong female leadership models.

As part of the event, AccessBank experts delivered awareness sessions covering topics such as emotional intelligence and financial literacy, the legal framework of entrepreneurship, business inspections, digital marketing, and personal branding. Upon successful completion of the training program, participants were awarded certificates by AccessBank.

This initiative once again demonstrated that women actively and successfully participate across various sectors of the national economy, and that consistent, structured support plays a crucial role in the expansion of these achievements.

It should be noted that the Access2Success project was launched by AccessBank in 2022. Since then, it has provided women entrepreneurs with in-depth training in strategic planning, crisis management, sales and marketing, e-commerce, human resources, and reporting. The Bank plans to expand the initiative further and reach even more women entrepreneurs across other regions of the country.
