The service center of the International Bank of Azerbaijan, opened under the brand "ƏLA - Ən Lazımi Anda" ("Excellent - at the right time") resumed its activities at a new address with new opportunities. The center will provide services to its clients at 67, Nizami street (the head office of the Bank). Being equipped with modern equipment, the "ƏLA" center gives customers the opportunity to carry out needed banking operation through video communication. One of the innovations of the center was an automated system of deposit boxes.
The following banking operations can be performed in the ƏLA center:
- Within a few minutes you can get a ƏLA debit card and define a password for the card;
- Get a loan by sending an SMS to a short number 8937;
- Without the participation of bank employees, it is possible to safely and without loss of information store precious items in deposit cells for storage or to withdraw in the reverse order.
In the near future, the Bank plans to increase the number of ƏLA service centers.
