After the full redesign and improvement works ‘The Central’ branch of Kapital Bank in Baku, located on Fuzuli street 71, has been opened. The Chairman of The Executive Board of Kapital Bank Rovshan Allahverdiyev attending the inauguration, stressed that it is the sixth branch which was opened in a new concept this year.
In a new office which has obtainted a more spacious and modern interior all the aspects for the conveniences of clients have been taken into consideration. For delivering a faster customer service an electronic queue management system has been implemented. At the entrance a touchscreen ticket dispenser and LCD displays have been installed advertising the information to guide customers to the point of service. Apart from queue management, the system allows records of all visitors to be kept and performs statistical analysis. Further use of datebase information for analysis can help improve the quality of service and increase the efficiency of work.
“Remodeling this branch in a new concept and design has been carried out in accrodance with the Bank’s strategy on transformation of its branch network. The branch offering a wide range of banking services has some innovations. Taking into account the individual needs of corporate customers, a seperate arpoint of service has been designated for them. Moreover, in the new premises payment terminals operate around the clock, seven days a week through which can be performed payment of loans and utility bills ,” said Ramil Imamov, the Head of the Branch Network Management Department at Kapital Bank.
The bank offers all the main banking services to clients including cash operations, issue of plastic cards, giving loans, acceptance of deposits and payment of utility bills.
Due to remodeling and repair works ‘The Central’ branch was temporarily operating at the Khan Shushinski street 18.
