B.EST Solutions awarded by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) for its developed solution based on Asan Imza technology | Banco.az

The Public Safety Communications Research (PSCR) Division of the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in partnership with IBM awarded B.EST Solutions for a significant contribution in developing a working solution for “Expanding the SIM card use for Public Safety Challenge” initiative for the worldwide competition.

B.EST Solutions proposed a mobile application based on Asan Imza technology, which allows to store and present securely identity credentials (driver license, ID cards, passports, student cards, etc) including bank and loyalty cards. Moreover, being able to use it as a solution to the building physical access control management.

“We are very pleased to receive such a prestigious award” was told by Mrs. Jana Krimpe, the CEO and founder of B.EST Solutions. “An award from NIST is a recognition of quality around the world, as it is one of the world’s most important scientific institution that leads the development of standards for information security, services and products.”

NIST under the U.S Department of Commerce has the broadest science and technology portfolio of any science agency in the United States and likely in the world.

The global challenge took place over 7 months; there were solutions that have been rigorously tested through several stages for technological security, compliance to standards and for overall value generation in recent.

Mrs. Krimpe states that B.EST Solutions is determined to bring the solution to the benefit of the Azerbaijani citizens by fostering innovation. Together with local partners, B.EST Solutions have a roadmap in a place to launch the new solution called “Asan Imza +”, a brand-new mobile application. This will provide an advanced comfort for all citizens in their daily lives’ activities and facilitate further development of a digital society within contributing to the economic diversification of Azerbaijan.
