ATB Bank announced the establishment of the Center for Digital Transformation (CDT) based on the departments of IT-technologies and Business Process Management. The CDT joined the digital business development and quality control divisions, developers, analysts and artificial intelligence specialists, who will be divided into cross-functional full-cycle scrum teams.
The new center will be engaged in the development of prototypes and MVP, as well as the further introduction of digital, banking products and seamless services of the new generation.
For continuous improvement of digital experience and CustDev processes, the Center created the Client Experience Research Laboratory (ATBCXLAB), in which regular in-depth interviews and researches will be conducted, hypotheses will be formed and tested, and digital needs of the bank’s clients will be studied.
R. Hashimzadeh, who has rich experience in launching complex digital tasks and products, was appointed to the position of the head of the center. The management of the IT department was transferred to F. Mustafayev.
