Job purpose
Responsible for operation of Business Applications related to bank industry (Microsoft SharePoit, CRM, Intranet)
Main Accountabilities
Manages all phases of the business applications projects preparation lifecycle, gather inital business requirements, create requests for proposal and evaluation parts.
All required steps are managed.
Administration of existing informational systems and tools in accordance with corporate standards and ITIL practices.
Percent-wise increase of bugs fixed before User Acceptance Testing.
Conforms to Change Management.
All modifications and initiatives are proceed under Change Management procedure.
Ensures that distributive of the software tools and products are documented and stored appropriately.
The system distribution/license files are stored and documented.
Demonstrates new ideas of how to improve existing software tools and products.
Participate for building of applications architecture Road Map.
Communicate with Vendors and 3th party Partners for contract scope, SLA’s, Infrastructure and License requirements.
The scope of outsource work is cover the business requirements. The Infrastructure and License Requirements are defined and aligned.
Provides assistance for the Business Customer to establish or evaluate existing business requirements.
Business Requirements and Technical requirements are covered the targets.
Provides coaching and on job trainings for End Users.
Trainings for End User are provided.
Execute line manager’s and department heads verbal and written instructions to ensure fulfillment of work duties.
Business process results, performance indicators, fulfillment of the responsibilities.
Provide confidentiality of the company data
Insure the Banks security policy
Preparation of reports on areas of responsibility
Weekly, monthly, yearly reports; other reports required by management.

Knowledge, skills and experience required
• Education: Bachelor degree of Economics, informational technology, mathematics or other relevant field;
• Work experience: Minimum 3 year’s experience in Business Applications Support for Microsoft SharePoint administration and development;
• License / Certificate: C#, Java, SQL, Microsoft, Oracle;
• Foreign Language: English (upper intermediate), Russian (upper intermediate);
• Computer Skills: Java, C#, SQL, MS Office;
• Product Knowledge: Microsoft SharePoint;
• Market knowledge: Banking experience;
• Other: Business Process Managerial skills;
