"PASHA Bank" OJSC is seeking for Specialist / Loan Analyst.

JOB PURPOSE:

Consumer lending for payroll customers: cold calls, loan applications analysis, cross-sell.
Builds a high-quality portfolio of Bank@Work loan products 

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Making cold calls to potential customer base to offer loan 
Review and evaluate loan applications based on customer data and internal and external regulations
Contacts customers and negotiates the offer, inputs approved loan application in system for authorization
Cross-sells products and services for existing and new customers
Provides his feedbacks and voice of customer for product development and marketing
Helps new staff members to adapt the environment and shares his expertise
Interacts with the Employer contact persons (HR) on issues related to payroll customers
Provides a high quality of customer service and ensures maximum customer satisfaction

SKILLS:

Minimal level of relevant experience: 1-5 years
Knowledge of Bank@Work loans products specifics and Regulations (FIMSA, CBAR);
Sales Skills
