Specialist in Business Process Management

The largest corporate bank of Azerbaijan Pasha Bank is looking for hardworking candidates to join our team as a Specialist in Business Process Management division.

Responsible for consulting process owners in improving the overall ability of the company to achieve its business goals and objectives.

Scope of position

• Assists the divisional head in designing the organizational structure and process architecture, identifies and documents business-critical processes.
• Applies tools and techniques of process management, promotes those in the organization
• Assists the divisional head in supervision over the Bank’s normative documents base, initiates the updates of internal documents in accordance with business and compliance needs
• Conducts root cause analysis of process deficiencies. Develops financial, compliance and other business justifications for process improvements.
• Leads new process implementation, reorganization or resource redeployment projects
• Keeping updated on the Bank’s internal processes design

Required qualifications & skills:

• High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field preferred
• Green belt certifications would be an asset
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, 
• Good language skills (English level at least intermediate)
