“PASHA Bank” OJSC is  seeking a Senior Specialist of Planning and Budgeting Division.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 
 
Analysis  of target process maps for strategic planning and budgeting 
Development of responsibility matrix with clear segregation of functions between departments
Implement  operational data collection, processing and consolidation of the evidence necessary for budgetary control
Monitoring and analysis of the performance of the financial plan of the bank, a timely review and adjustment of the budget
Organization phased budgeting process, by defining responsibility centers , slotting, the system of internal regulations
Process  consolidation of separate budgets into a single consolidated budget
Participation in financial planning in the performance indicators part
Participation in strategic planning and subsequent budgeting in terms of control of the cost side (A&L, operating expenses, major investments) while ensuring positive bottom-line
Analysis of initiatives on target state 
Expense control 
Management  of regular budgeting process, ensuring that regular budgeting process is completed within timelines
Participation in strategic and commercial planning, aligning strategic targets with operational plans of organizational units
Organizing collaborative work with business units and Strategic Analysis unit to support the development of the budget, reviewing the correctness of budgets prepared by departments 
Monitoring the status of execution of general business plan 
Ensuring effective communication with business units in terms of planning 
Preparing the reports accurately and within the agreed deadlines
Representing Finance Department in project groups.
 
 
Minimal level of relevant experience: 3-7 years
 
QUALIFICATIONS
 
• University degree 
• International education
• Certificates: ACCA 
 
SKILLS
 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English, Russian
• Team player, excellent communication skills, good time management 
• Organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously with attention to processes
