“PASHA Bank” OJSC is  seeking a Senior Relationship Manager – Financial Institutions for Treasury department.
 
Scope of position

Responsible to Initiate, formulate, and implement business strategies to grow the Financial Institutions (FI) correspondence of the bank and actively manage a portfolio of correspondent banking relationships with international banks, financial institutions and investment houses.  
 
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 
 
• Review and nurture existing/new correspondent banking relationships with the banks & FIs in the assigned regions for better reciprocity / business and income generation.
• Arrange/support the bank's communication with rating agencies  during annual/semi-annual review processes.
• Review the Nostro & Vostro Account relationships which PASHA Bank has with the banks and FIs in the assigned regions for its effective usage and avoid the dormant status.
• Maintain and develop relationship with PB international subsidiaries. Share correspondent banking information, accounts, limits and etc.
• Ensure the receipt of the Annual Reports from all the Correspondent Banks and FIs in the assigned regions and make use of the same on an ongoing basis especially during the annual / special review of the lines / limits set up against those banks.
• Investigating and handling internal/external customer complaints or major incidents.
• Maintain constant touch with counterparty banks through customer calls by way of telephone contacts/ e-mail etc.
• Monitor necessary reports & assure the accuracy of the entered information. 
Minimal level of relevant experience: 3 years in Financial Institutions, Treasury, ALM, CIB
 
QUALIFICATIONS
 
• University degree 
• International education
• Certificates: CFA
 
SKILLS
 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English, Russian
• Team player, excellent communication skills, good time management 
• Organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously with attention to processes
