Relationship Management Specialist

The largest corporate bank of Azerbaijan Pasha Bank is looking for hardworking candidates to join our team as a Commercial (Corporate) Relationship Management Specialists.

We are looking for specialists to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers.

Scope of position

• Responsible for sales targets achievement by selling Bank’s products to Commercial (or Corporate) Banking segment and managing client relationships, customer base, seeking opportunities for its extension. 
• Direct contacts with potential clients in order to attract them as a client and give information about bank products and services rendered to Commercial Banking segment by bank. 
• To build strong relationship with customers in customer portfolio
• To make presentation of business case respective credit committee according to the procedures
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships

Required qualifications & skills:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or relevant field
• High level of communication skills
• Able to provide highly professional customer service
• Good negotiation skills
• Fluency in Azerbaijani is a must
• Advanced  in English and Russian
• Previous working experience in banking field is preference
