"PASHA Bank" OJSC is seeking for Project Manager.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Responsible for facilitation of coordination between the departments/units, and effectiveness of the project implementation to reach project targets in the given scope, budget, time and quality constraints.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver a high-quality and efficient project management service to internal and external customers
Manage all aspects of the project team on a daily basis
Manage all project activities in accordance with internal procedures on project management.
Report regularly to the Head of Project Management Office on progress of the projects managed by her or him
Manage of plans and budget execution for projects
Ensure appropriate communication with management and relevant departments
Observe each project team member’s performance against objectives set in the project plan.
If set by the project charter or other relevant project documentation, by maintaining sufficient records of individual performance, correcting underperformance and recognizing over performance within the project team.
Appropriate support during Bank’s projects implementation
Constant use is made of the Bank’s rules, procedures, and policies, regulatory and statutory guidelines with reference to the appropriate business department where necessary.
Achieving and implementing the objectives set by the charters of the project
Execution of all project activities within approved budget and managing the cost of project in an optimal way

SKILLS:

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
Minimal level of relevant experience: 3 years
Foreign Language: English (fluent), Azerbaijani (advanced), knowledge of Russian is preferable
Computer Skills: MS Office, MS Project
Project Management certification: PMP or equivalent preferable
