“PASHA Bank” OJSC is seeking a Junior compliance officer for its Regulatory Compliance sub-division of Compliance Department.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Automating business processes for avoiding human fault factors 
Arranging handover and signing acceptance protocol with (Tax/Court and etc. representatives)
Assisting to division head in organization of compliance management related to tax requirements 
Tax, DSMF and Court orders (sanctions) execution
Registering tax notifications and providing new accounts info to tax authorities
Support the head and manager of the division in communication with regulatory bodies 
Legal monitoring related to tax issues establishment and control
Steering collection appropriate information for regulators

EXPERIENCE

1-3 year

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor and Master degree

SKILLS

• Good written and verbal communication skills ;
• Working under pressure;
• Fluent in English and Russian. Fluency in Azerbaijani is a must;
