Finance Manager
Requirement for nominee:
- Finance or relevant education background
- At least 1 year experience as Finance Team leader or manager
- ACCA or relevant certification
- Proficient user of Excel
- Knowledge of using a major ERP system
- Experience in managing, motivating and energizing department staff
- Good oral and written communication in English
Job description
is including, but not limited to the following major points:
- Maintain a documented, but not limited to the accounting policies and procedures
- Forecast cash flow positions, ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirement
- Manage the preparation of the company’s budget
- Reporting to management on variances from the established budget and the reason for those variances
- Manage monthly quarterly and annual management reporting
- Manage periodic tax reporting
- Participate in new system implementations (accounting, sales, etc.
- Supervise staff of Construction Support Group finance team
