“PASHA Bank” OJSC is seeking a Compliance officer for its Monitoring sub-division of Compliance Department.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Conducting post-factum checks of procurement transactions 
Re-checking financial prove of expenses provided by employees 
Tracking daily transactions in Bank within the area of competence 
Developing recommendations on appropriate action for identified suspicious transactions in bank
Reputational risk monitoring, identification and reporting of potential reputational risk areas 
Development of the content and conducting regular trainings and keeping informed all employees of the Bank on the compliance related topics
Ensure the appropriate consultation on compliance matters is available for Bank’s employees
Conducting legal monitoring of compliance topics related legislation  (anti-corruption, fraud, market abuse, etc.) 
Control over compliance with Code of Conduct, laws, central bank regulations, bank policies and procedures  by all employees of the Bank
Coordination of measures for combatting internal fraud, conducting fraud assessments, ensure the minimum possibilities exist in the Bank for fraudulent operations execution
Facilitation of culture of transparent business activities and ethical behavior of the Bank employees
Other duties arising from current workflow

EXPERIENCE

1-3 year

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor and Master degree

SKILLS

• Good written and verbal communication skills ;
• Working under pressure;
• Fluent in English and Russian. Fluency in Azerbaijani is a must;
