Senior Procurement Auditor

Vakansiya haqqında məlumat: 

Responsibilities:

• As part of internal audit team, lead audit of procurement function of entities;
• Review procurement process and procedures of entities, and identify deficiencies;
• Evaluate design and implementation of controls over procurement;
• Lead in formulating recommendations for identified deficiencies;
• Take the role of team leader and supervise the work of team members;
• Supervise the performance of staff, providing clear direction and regular monitoring and feedback on performance;
• Ensure the on-going learning and development of team member.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in a business related discipline;
• 3 years of experience in procurement, minimum 1 year in a senior position;
• Fluency in Azeri and English languages;
• Proficient user of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Ability to work deadline driven environment where with a focus on details and accuracy;
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;
• Excellent organization and time management skills;
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed, required.
