Personal Assistant (Male)
Requirements:
∙ University degree
∙ 3-5 years experience in Personal Assistant position (preferably in bank sphere)
∙ Strong analytical skills
∙ Stress management skills
∙ Time Management skills
∙ Demonstrates proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
∙ Business communication skills;
∙ Experience in the field of research;
∙ Creative and analytical abilities;
∙ Organizational and initiative skills;
∙ Excellent knowledge of PC
∙ Fluent Azerbaijani, Russian and English (oral and written) plus excellent presentation & communication skills
Responsibilities:
∙ Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks including: ( e-mail, mail, faxes, filling, typing etc.);
∙ Arrange conference and teleconferences;
∙ Coordinate meetings, travel schedules and team events;
∙ Preparing General Manager’s visits agenda and travel arrangements;
∙ Preparation of various documentation, registration and filling, maintaining various databases;
∙ Providing organization and support of administrative office activities;
∙ Create and distribute meeting agendas; follow up with action items
∙ Providing organization and support of business meetings, conferences, seminars and other events;
∙ Preparing reports;
∙ Conduct research and assist with various projects as required
