TBC Kredit is currently seeking qualified candidates for Methodology Specialist position.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION:

This is professional level analytical work to improve and identify efficient and effective administrative and/or operational services, procedures, policies and planning requirements.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designs standard operating procedures/processes in close relationship with Department Managers to improve productivity 
• Develops and runs reports on the effectiveness of implemented procedures/processes, analyzes the results of the implemented procedures/processes and reports them to the concerned Department Heads
• Reviews on a regular basis existing procedures/processes and recommends amendments/changes if and when required
• Provide trainings for appropriate staff regarding new processes and procedures, in order to help further proper implementation into the business.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, TRAITS

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
Experience: Min. 5 years’ experience in Banking industry or similar 
Knowledge: Experience in process design and implementation
Skills:
Excellent knowledge of English, Russian and Azerbaijani Languages
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage several tasks at the same time
Traits:
Very good Analytical and Planning skills
Enthusiastic and Determined
Attention to details
