Requirements:
 
Developing and realizing the tools and methods of marketing 
Support event marketing activities;
Support website content changes;
Support rollout of message guides and corporate branding;
Provide all SMM channels;
Responsible for the management of new products, catalogue of products;
Implementing of quality and customer service standards, identifying trends and determining system improvements and implementing changes;
Implementing a system of reports;
Monitor core products to ensure competitiveness and develop recommendations for product enhancements
Assist in the development of pricing recommendations for core products;
Provide reporting regarding product/program utilization and effectiveness for all standard and special products or programs;
Develop and implement programs that enhance customer retention;
 
Skills:
 
Bachelor’s Degree ( Marketing )
Language skills: Azerbaijani, English-upper intermediate, Russian-upper intermediate
Microsoft Office - Advanced level
Financial skills
Experience with sales and managing campaigns, market segmentation and marketing lists
Communication skills to develop sales collateral, manage social media outlets, etc.
