IT Manager

Responsibilities:

• Understanding, developing, and maintaining the IT infrastructure of the company.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and propose solutions
• Researching, assessing, and recommending vendors, suppliers, and new software to management.
• Effectively communicating and collaborating with suppliers and consultants to achieve project goals.
• Creating and managing the tendering processes for new projects. 
• Developing and upgrading new and existing e-commerce business models and workflow processes for the entire organization.
• Cooperating with the IT Unit and other departments to make sure the projects are delivered on time. 
• Reporting to Business Development Director and top management on project status and recommended plan of action.   
• Identifying and upgrading company’s data generation points.
• Monitoring, analyzing, and applying the generated data.
• Building and optimizing system logic paths and workflow charts
• Maintaining the system map.
• Clearly understanding of IT development process, development logic.
• Ability to act as a product owner in different IT Development and IT infrastructure projects.
• Leading the IT department.
• Writing technical specifications for all IT projects initiated by the company
• Systematically pushing company-wide  upgrades pertaining various software used by the company e.g. CRM, ERP, Customer portals, etc.
• Translate requirements into actionable work and deliverables, coordinating with developers and configuration engineers to deliver against business expectations
• Participate in the evolution of team best practices, standards and policies
• Partner with internal users to learn their business, processes, challenges and strategic objectives
• Lead projects, execute project task responsibilities and coordinate implementation activities
• Create, customize and maintain analytical reports and dashboards as required by management and the distribution team
• Support and facilitate testing of new enhancements

Requirements:

• Education – higher, work experience no less than 5 years. 
• Mindset to design for processes that are efficient and solutions that are scalable
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional project simultaneously
• Strong documentation and demonstration skills
• Strong analytical thinking capabilities and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand new information and ideas and evaluate the impact on current processes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure
