Position: IT help desk technician

Job Type Full-time

Required work experience: from1 to 3 years

Job Location: Azerbaijan/Baku

Education: Bachelor

Responsibilities

• Interacting with internal clients to resolve basic help desk issues; communication with internal clients in a professional manner maintaining confidentiality;
• Providing responses to internal clients in a timely manner;
• Providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer    systems, software, and hardware;
• Installing, modify, and repair computer hardware and software;
• Assisting with the inventory management of software licenses, software, hardware, and other IT supplies;
• Assisting with the purchase of software, hardware and other IT supplies;
• Promoting responsible usage and care of corporate equipment.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field;
• Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control;
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products;

• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues;
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian;
• Excellent communication skills.
