We are looking for HR Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes.

Responsibilities

Design & implementation of HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Develop and Monitor overall HR tactics, systems and procedures across the organization.
Oversee and manage Performance appraisal system that drives high performance 
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation & preservation of Human Capital
Company strategy planning process coordination
Leading and Directing the Human Resources team

Requirements:

proven working experience as HR Manager, preferable in Bank.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationship at all levels of company.
Knowledge of labor code and best HR practices.
