OJSC International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) is seeking Telecommunications (Voice) Administratorfor Information Technology Department.

Responsibilities:

• Installation of network and telecommunication equipment and evaluation of the network and network cabling
• Provision of precise authentication to access network resources and provision of troubleshooting assistance
• Reporting to the Director of Unified Communication, provision of engineering support to the users for Voice and related services
• Install, upgrade, administer and support new systems and new functionalities, or network/voice hardware to meet business growth and changing business requirements
• Suggest creative solutions to develop the business systems to provide more reliable and effective support as the company develops and expands

Technical Requirements:

• High level experience in working with UCC technologies such as Cisco Communication Manager 11.x, Unity Connection, Cisco Emergency Responder, Telepresence, Jabber, IP Telephony
• Proficiency levelin upgrading Cisco Collaboration Technologies
• High level experience in working with Enterprise VoIP, SIP Trunking, IVR, Contact Center, call recording, corporate directory integration, unified messaging, audio, video and web conferencing in large scale multi-site enterprise environments
• Ability to provide a large-scale server topology

Required experience and other skills:

• 5+ years of experience in the related field
• Simplified Technical English (to be able to understand technical documentation in English if needed)
• Good team player
