Enterprise architect
OJSC International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) is seeking Enterprise architect for Information Technology Department.
Responsibilities
Evaluating internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes and suggesting improvements
Responsible for the design and maintenance of target architecture blueprint and roadmap for the bank
Evaluating sample solution designs, design criteria and checklists for acceptance of solutions; resolve solution conflicts
Developing and maintaining architecture standards, policies and principles; refreshing and evaluating them when needed
Suggesting ideas to reduce costs in IT
Understanding technology products, vendor strategies and customer preferences
Creating methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management, and change control.
Technical Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills
Experience in building large-scale full stack architectures and platforms
Strong experience and ability to coach on code refactoring, design patterns, design-driven development, continuous deployment, highly scalable applications, app security
Experience in Agile Development (preferably as Enterprise Architect or in a similar position)
10 years’ experience in IT field
Excellent knowledge of engineering best-practices, DevOps, API micro services, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good leadership and motivational skills
Experience in modeling and graphic representations
Excellent knowledge of main principles of Bank systems
Good time-management skills
Proficiency in English and Russian languages
