Data Scientist General information
The Kapital Bank invites candidates to apply for the position of Data Scientist for Agile transformation team.
Responsibilities
- Apply data science methods to improve and optimize customer journeys;
- Capture meaningful insights from data and turn them into competitive advantages for the business;
- Study product features and customer behaviors to inform the team’s decision making ;
- Support the team with other analytical services as per need basis.
Background
- Undergraduate degree or higher, preferably in the field of Computer Science, Machine Learning, Applied Statistics, Econometrics, or Mathematics;
- 2+ years of work experience preferred;
- Previous experience in banking preferred.
Specific job skills
- Coding skills (such as Python, R or similar);
- Analytics tools experience (such as SQL or similar);
- Data visualization tools;
- Performing analysis with large datasets;
- Experience designing, monitoring and analyzing A/B tests.
