OJSC International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) is seeking Back-end Developer (CBS, Flexcube)for Information Technology Department.

Responsibilities:

• Creating the logical back-end and core computational logic of software, or information system. The developer creates components and features that are indirectly accessed by a user through a front-end application or system
• Implementation of new functionalities into new/existing systems
• Compiling and analyzing codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement
• Evaluate existing applications for modernization, optimization purposes
• Analyzing application defects and bug fixing
• Building reusable code for future use
• Integrating software components into a fully functional software system, all related, and in use programs and ecosystems
• Writing well designed, testable, efficient and reusable code based on requirements from business customers by studying information needs and conferring with users

Technical Requirements

• High level proficiency of PL/SQL, IBM IBUS
• High level proficiency of programming languages Java, C, C+, C #
• Experience in execution of a full lifecycle software development
• Excellent knowledge of main principles of Bank systems

Required experience and other skills

• 3+ years of experience in the related field
• Simplified Technical English (to be able to understand technical documentation in English if needed)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, and experience as a Developer on a cross-functional agile team (preferable)
• Strong analytical skills
• Good team player
