Vision Fund AzerCredit LLC is seeking a Lawyer for its South Regions (Imishli, Sabirabad, Saatli, Horadiz, Bala-Bahmanli, Beylaqan, Bilasuvar, Jalilabad, Salyan).

AzerCredit is currently seeking a Lawyer for its South Regions.
The purpose of the positionis to provide the legal support to AzerCredit’s regional branches/sub-branches (Imishli, Sabirabad, Saatli, Horadiz, Bala-Bahmanli, Beylaqan, Bilasuvar, Jalilabad, Salyan).

Обязанности:
• Understanding and supporting AzerCredit philosophy and objectives;
• Doing all within his/her ability to meet targets set by supervisor- Head of Legal Department (Department Head) and work unceasingly to enable AzerCredit to meet its goal;
• Conducting all activities in compliance with AzerCredit policies and procedures;
• Under the supervision and management of the Department Head, and in accordance with the work division among the employees, provide internal legal assistance, implement legal examination and analysis of the organization’s activities;
• Defend the rights and legitimate interests of AzerCredit in front of courts, other state agencies, physical persons and legal entities as assigned by the Department Head;
• Develop drafts of the contracts to be signed with stakeholders, conduct legal examination of the presented draft contracts and other legal documents.
• Make regular visits to the regions where the branches and sub-branches of AzerCredit are located or undertake other tasks as assigned by the Department Head;
• Efficiently ensure satisfaction of claims raised to achieve the fulfillment of debt obligations
• Monitoring the progress of all legal cases involving branches/sub-branches of AzerCredit and coordinating with related managers on proper handling of the cases;
Требования к кандидату:
• At least bachelor degree in Law (master degree is preferred);
• At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position;
• Excellent knowledge of civil, civil-judicial, administrative responsibility, finance-credit and banking legislation;
• Fluency in Azeri (good knowledge of English and Russian are r desired);
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Office applications;
• High level of loyalty towards the organization and its mission;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Capability and willingness to take responsibility, to act independently and highly developed sense of rectitude;
