Pasha Bank is looking for a candidate to join our team as Specialist of Asset-Liability Management (ALM) & Transfer Pricing Division in Treasury Department.

Responsible for balance sheet management and setting up, improving and implementing effective policy and practice to achieve a sound management of Assets & Liabilities.

Scope of position

• Analyze and make recommendations around the management of the Bank’s liquidity, interest rate and currency risks;
• Make recommendations for treasury investments and funding strategies
• Maintain dialogue with businesses to monitor any projected changes to business liquidity or funding needs.
• Analyze new business initiatives and products to assess the ALM implications
• Interpret and respond to new regulations that have an impact on the Bank’s asset and liability management and funds transfer pricing framework
• Create reports and presentations related to asset and liability management and report to ALCO
• Assist Head of ALM with ad-hoc financial analysis

Required qualifications & skills:

• Bachelor’s degree related to Economics, Finance and Accounting 
• International degree is an advantage
• At least 1-2 years of Banking experience, preferably in Treasury, Financial analysis, Management Information Systems (MIS)
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Comfortable managing large amounts of data, and analyzing the output to identify trends or present solutions
• CFA Level 1 is an advantage
• Good communication skills and fluency in English
