Vision Fund AzerCredit LLC is seeking a DATA ENTRY for its Yevlakh branch.Vision Fund AzerCredit LLC (AzerCredit), which is one of the biggest NBCOs in Azerbaijan, helps develop the economy of the country by providing credit to small entrepreneurs so that they can grow their businesses and improve their economic situation. As an employer, the company is investing in its human resources through contemporary trainings and providing excellent working atmosphere and building staff capacity in order to plant the seeds of more successful future.  AzerCredit is currently seeking a DATA ENTRY for its Yevlakh branch. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.       

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understanding and supporting AzerCredit philosophy and objectives;    
  • Doing all within his/her ability to meet targets set by supervisor and work unceasingly to enable AzerCredit to meet its goal;    
  • Conducting all activities in compliance with AzerCredit policies and procedures;    
  • Creates client ID in the system and ensures that the information entered is complete and accurate;    
  • Encodes loan repayments and other transactions;    
  • Performs corrections in the data originally encoded as the need may arise;    
  • Prepares certain branch reports;    
  • Organizes client information and files branch documents;  

Successful candidates should meet the following criteria; qualifications, knowledge and technical skills:

  • University degree in economics, accounting or business administration;    
  • At least one year relevant work experience;    
  • Fluent in Azeri (both verbal and written). Preference may be given to English speaking candidates;    
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel and Data Base programs;    
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills;    
  • Determined personality with initiative, perseverance and the ability to motivate and manage a team;    
  • Capability and willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sense of rectitude;    
  • Ready to comply and live up to and in accordance with the organization Ideals and Core Values;    
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;    
  • Able to work as team member and to establish friendly relationships;
