As an Associate in our Risk Assurance practice, you will have the opportunity to develop your career and contribute to the shape of our future business, working with our top-tier clients.
You will have a passion for helping new and existing clients protect and strengthen their business, as well as an understanding of risk, accounting and controls. As part of a market-leading assurance team, you will support large global corporate clients in improving their systems, processes or controls support.
About the role
You will be responsible for the execution and delivery of work across a combination of audit and advisory engagements.
You will:
Deliver quality assurance and consulting services to a variety of top-tier clients
Evaluate and provide reports on vulnerability of complex ERP systems and multi-platform systems of our clients.
Conduct business process review, control walkthroughs and effectiveness testing
Integrate the work and results into the overall audit approach
Manage key client relationships
Conduct assessment of internal control frameworks within business processes and information systems at our clients
Requirements
Information Technology related degree with background in Economics/Finance OR Finance/Economics related degree with background in IT, Business processes, Risk management, Internal Audit or Compliance.
Understanding of risk, controls, and ability to apply common knowledge across a range of solution sets
Understanding of accounting and ability to apply systems and controls work to the audit
Process and controls experience including planning and delivering a diverse range of assignments would be an advantage
Effective written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate with clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels
Strong client service mind-set and experience dealing with clients
Ability to be agile in changing circumstances both internally and externally when dealing with client issues and business needs
A team player with demonstrated strong analytical skills and organizational abilities including project management skills
A proven track record of establishing and building strong relationships.
Focused and initiative driven (required to maximise growth potential).
Fluent in Azeri, English and Russian (any other languages will be a plus)
