DemirBank OJSC is seeking a Programmer (Software Developer).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team of IT professionals to set specifications for new applications;
• Develop stored procedures and write ad hoc queries to support business needs;
• Work closely with other developers to define database interface, model and engineer solutions;
• Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features;
• Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code;
• Conducts discussion with users, studies systems flow, data usage and work processes, investigates problem areas on a software development lifecycle;
• Protects operations by keeping information confidential;
• Responds promptly and professionally to bug reports;
• To drive consistent standards and approaches;
• Expand and update existing programs;
• Work with software developers to help create a product.

Qualification and requirements:

• Proficient level in using Oracle PL/SQL, scripting and writing efficient SQL queries
• 0-2 years of professional experience;
• University degree in computer science or related field is a plus;
• Any certificate in the field of programming languages is a plus;
• Fluency in Russian and Azeri languages, and technical English.
