“FINCA Azerbaijan” is a rapidly-growing microfinance institution, now providing loans to more than 150,000 clients across Azerbaijan. Currently “FINCA Azerbaijan” is looking for Performance Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administers performance evaluation process including but not limited to – process roll  out, counselling employees and managers,  data entry and proper reporting as required;
• Reviews and updates performance management/appraisal tools and technologies
• Assists in development of talent management strategies to acquire, develop and retain talent including identification of talent, performance management, long-term career development, organizational learning and succession planning. Supports organizational cultural initiatives; promotes brand values;
• Implements post-hiring on-boarding process of new employees and ensures job-content on-boarding is conducted;
• Constant follow up, evaluation and monitoring or the performance management activities at all levels.
• Prepares analytical and performance-based reports highlighting productivity results;

Required knowledge and skills:

• University Degree;
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist;
• Knowledge of best practices relating to employee performance management.
• Experience in adult learning and organizational development principles is an advantage;
• Strong Planning and Organization Skills
• Knowledge of Employee Engagement and Change Management
• Knowledge in Employee Relations is an advantage  
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and English, good knowledge of Russian is preferred;
• Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point, MS Outlook, MS Visio);
• Extensive field travel is required;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and training skills.
