Pasha Bank is looking for creative candidates to join our team as MIS Senior Specialist in Budgeting & Management Reporting department.

Responsible for providing accurate and timely information for well-informed and reasonable operative financial decisions of the Bank’s management with the purpose to lessen Bank’s expenses and contribute to financial stability.

Scope of position

• Providing a first-class Management Information service to meet the needs of PASHA Bank.
• Analysis of financial results and deviations from targets, investigation and preparation of analytical reports on the causes of deviations and proposals to address them.
• Organization of timely provision of MIS results to relevant stakeholders, organization of regular (monthly/3 months) reporting to the Bank’s management.
• Organizing preparation of ad hoc report on request  of management providing required level of detailing  
• Organization of accurate and timely reporting to the supervisory authorities (financial)

Required qualifications & skills:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or relevant field
• 3 to 5 years work experience in function
• Process improvement experience
• Strong self-discipline and deadline culture
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• ACCA/CIMA/CFA certificates are preferable 
• Knowledge of MS office, Word, Power Point, Advance Excel
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is a must
