TBC Kredit is currently seeking qualified candidates for Marketing Specialists position.

General Purpose of Position:

A Marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. A position holder look at many streams of data to determine the demographics and buying trends of current and potential customers. The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of company products and services.
• Conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
• Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
• Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Develops sales presentations and provides reports based on information collected such as marketing trends, competition, new products, and pricing
• Performs a variety of tasks
• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
•  Participate in management meetings when required;
•  Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Requirements:

• Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty;
• Minimum  1 year of experience in the field or in a related area;
• Fluent  in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages;
• Advanced skills on MS Office, marketing software 
• Solid analytical, communication and writing skills
• Knowledge and understanding of Bank and NBCO regulations;
